Registration fee includes:
– Access to the conferences and posters sessions
– Catering during 4 days: welcome cocktail on June 3, 2025, 6 coffee breaks and 2 lunches 
– Abstract submission
– Outside activity on June 4, 2025
– Abstracts book (to download online)

Registration fee DOES NOT include:
– Travel from your place of residence to the conference venue 
– Transportation from the train station or airport to the conference site
– Accommodation for the duration of the congress 
– Dinner on June 4, 2025 
– Congress Dinner on June 5, 2025 (on reservation in the registration form)
– Lunch on June 6, 2025

Cancellation clauses:
Any cancellation request must be made by e-mail on 
shapinglife@atoutcom.com
Cancellation fee : 80 €
Repayment conditions
60 days or more before: 100% of the registration fee refunded
60 to 45 days before: 50% of the registration fee refunded
45 to 30 days before: 25% of the registration fee refunded
30 days or less before: Non-refundable registration fee
NB: Refunds will be made after the conference
