POSTERS
Instructions for presenting your flash talk:
The flash talk will last 90 seconds with a maximum of 2 slides as a teasing for the participants to come and see your poster.
Please send us your slides before May 26th.
Instructions for displaying your poster:
The dimensions of the vertical poster panels are A0 L*h: 841*1190mm.
Please bring your clips to hang your poster.
There will be two posters’ sessions:
– on 4 June at 1.30pm
– on 5 June at 1.30pm
A poster number will be assigned to you for presentation during a session.
If you are in Session 1, posters must be displayed upon arrival and no later than Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM.
If you are in Session 2, posters should be displayed from Thursday morning, June 5, until Friday, June 6.
Instructions for presenting your short talk:
Your communication will last a maximum of 10 minutes and will be followed by 5 minutes of questions.
Please send your presentation by email to shapinglife@atoutcom.com by Monday, June 2 at 12:00 PM.
Alternatively, you may upload your presentation onsite to the local computer. If you choose to do so, please ensure it is uploaded at least 15 minutes before your session begins.
