The meeting will be held in the beautiful coastal city of Montpellier, in the south of France, close-by the Mediterranean sea. The city is well-connected by flights and trains through Paris. Established in 1220, the University of Montpellier is one of the oldest universities in the world and is home to the longest continually operating medical school. As a vibrant university town, Montpellier is lively and energetic, has a beautiful and well-preserved historic center with an abundance of charming restaurants and cafes, and numerous vineyard and hiking trails surrounds the city.
