Registration fee includes:
– Accommodation for 3 nights in a single (senior) or twin (junior) room at the Hôtel Lyon Métropôle**** (Breakfast included)
– Catering during 4 days : 6 coffee breaks, 2 lunches, 1 lunch box, 1 welcome cocktail dinner on September 24, 2025
– Access to the conferences and poster sessions
– Abstract submission
– Abstract book (to download online)
– Gala Dinner on September 26, 2025

Registration fee DOES NOT include:
– Travel from your place of residence to the conference venue 
– Dinner on September 25, 2025

Cancellation clauses:
Any cancellation request must be made by e-mail at eifm@atoutcom.com
Cancellation fee : 80 €
Repayment conditions
60 days or more before: 100% of the registration fee refunded
60 to 45 days before: 50% of the registration fee refunded
45 to 30 days before: 25% of the registration fee refunded
30 days or less before: Non-refundable registration fee
NB: Refunds will be made after the conference
