Registration fee includes:
– Access to the conferences and poster sessions
– Catering during 3 days : 4 coffee breaks, 2 lunches and 1 dinner March 19, 2025
– Congress dinner March 20, 2025
– Abstract submission
– Congress book with abstracts
– Accommodation for 2 nights in a single (researcher) or twin (student/post-doc) room
Registration fee DOES NOT include:
– Transportation from the train station or airport to the conference site.
