Registration Options
Participants can register WITH or WITHOUT accommodation.

Registration Fee (Conference Only)
Registration fee includes:
– Access to the conferences and poster sessions
– Abstract submission
– Catering during 3 days :
– 4 coffee breaks
– 2 lunchs
– 1 Welcome dinner
– 1 Gala dinner

Optional Accommodation (On-site)
A limited number of discounted rooms are available on-site (breakfast included).
Please note: Tourist tax is not included in the room rate (€2.60/day/person) and must be paid upon arrival.

Accommodation options (2 nights):
– Single room: 250€ per person (breakfast included)
– Shared room: 140€ per person (breakfast included)

Rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Not included in the Registration fee
– Transportation from the train station or airport to the conference site.
