Registration Options<\/strong>
Participants can register WITH or WITHOUT accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration Fee (Conference Only)<\/strong>
Registration fee includes:<\/strong><\/span>
– Access to the conferences and poster sessions
– Abstract submission
– Catering during 3 days :
– 4 coffee breaks
– 2 lunchs
– 1 Welcome dinner
– 1 Gala dinner<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Optional Accommodation (On-site)<\/span><\/strong>
A limited number of discounted rooms are available on-site (breakfast included).
Please note: Tourist tax is not included in the room rate (\u20ac2.60\/day\/person) and must be paid upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation options (2 nights):
– Single room: 250\u20ac per person (breakfast included)
– Shared room: 140\u20ac per person (breakfast included)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
